DMCA Copyright Policy

SusthoProbash.com (“Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Sustho Probash will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Sustho Probash service and/or the SusthoProbash.com website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Sustho Probash will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

  5. Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our copyright agent designated above.

To be effective, the Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Identification of Material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Dhaka, Bangladesh if you are outside the USA), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Sustho Probash reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Policy at any time. We will post such changes on this page and encourage you to review this Policy frequently for any changes. Your continued use of the Website and/or Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will be subject to the then-current Policy.
